The room was comfortable and had a king-size bed and balcony. The hotel's location is great and peaceful, very close to ADO bus station, a mall, convenience stores, restaurants/bars. It is easy to get to Tulum Avenue from the hotel.

we stayed one night before travelling on - we were not rushed and didn't need to check out until 1pm. the staff were great and really helpful about local amenities, Great hot choclate

The location here is great and convenient, with free on-site parking, and it's only a 5-minute walk from the bus stop.

Stayed for 4 nights in this excellent value and nicely decorated place, loved that. We asked for queen room and it was large and updated with balcony.

The hotel staff was friendly and helpful, especially the door men and the wait staff in the restaurant. The desk clerks were less helpful.

Air conditioner units were very noisy had to turn off to sleep

The rooms have been updated and feature a large bathroom, flat-screen TV, safe, and coffee/tea making facilities. The staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about the local area. The location is perfect, being close to a supermarket, bus station, famous park, restaurants, bars.

the pool was good and i had good drinks in the outdoor bar. furthermore, free wi-fi worked throughout the property. location: the hotel was really close to even the marina, and the restaurant for lunch. tried some nice meals at don carbon, located next to the property.

The rooms here are clean with a nice bathtub, the staff is super friendly and helpful, the location is convenient, and there is free parking available.

The breakfast was warm with options for all diets and mexican flavours, as for instance, and the restaurant's offer was fine! Its location was magnificent, close enough to a well known Tacos restaurant is, and the airport at decent timing.

Perfect location, surrounded by restaurants and cafés. Convenient access to Isla Mujeres airport, just 20 km away.- Amenities in the double room include a laptop-size safe, iron, ironing board, and coffee/tea making facilities.

My child and I had a great stay here with a comfortable double room waiting for us with balconies upon arrival.

The place has a great location, a huge standard queen room with a balcony, and a gigantic shower.

The staff at the hotel was exceptionally nice. The room was reasonably large and had a microwave. The shower was gigantic and lovely. The hotel features a colonial decoration. Ironing was provided free of charge.
